  • Do you have a minimum spend?
    At Katy Rose May Floral, we create one-of-a-kind arrangements using seasonal, thoughtfully sourced blooms. To ensure each wedding receives our full care and creativity, we have a minimum spend for full-service floral design: £1,800 during peak season (May–September) and £1,500 during our flexible season (October–April). Planning something smaller? Our click-and-collect service is available year-round with no minimum spend — ideal for elopements or intimate celebrations. To enquire, email katyrosemay@outlook.com.

  • What areas do you cover?
    Based in central England, I cover the East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Derby, Leicestershire, Sheffield. I do travel beyond so do get in touch if your area is not listed here!
  • How many weddings do you work in one day?
    We limit ourselves to one wedding per day to ensure that our couples receive a completely seamless and stress-free experience. This allows us to dedicate all of our time, energy, and attention to their special day, ensuring that every detail is perfect and personalized to their vision without any distractions.
  • How do I book you for my wedding and what happens next?
    Firstly say hello! Send all the details, as much or as little as you have on what you are envisioning for the big day. I will respond in a timely manner and gather all the important information of what you're dreaming for the special day. After chatting and getting to know your vision I will send over a personalised proposal. The proposal will provide a detailed breakdown of specific items, a mood board and pricing based on your needs, wants and budget. Once you book me and the deposit is paid, I will reserve your date and continue to communicate about changes and updates up until the day of.
  • When are my payments due?
    A £250 deposit payment (which reserves your date) is due upon booking and contract signing. Your remaining balance is due six weeks prior to your wedding date, which is also when we finalize all designs and order your florals.
  • Do you provide other decor and accessories?
    Yes, we supply a range of candle holders, candles, and other styling items available to hire on request. Please get in touch to see our catalog.
